Is this for real? What if your address has changed like 5 times?? Not that I have a ticket but how do they track you if you're a student! That's crazy!!
I HATE PARKING IN PROVO!!!!!
I got a ticket and towed ...twice... in the same week. am I just a dumb driver or is there something seriously wrong with their regulations!
maybe I am just a dumb driver.
Something is seriously wrong with Provo. There is an obvious problem and instead of fixing it they are just profiting from it. Maybe they should use their profits to make some changes.
